1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mychillow.us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
